Ocean Reef is situated directly on one of ‘The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches’ and is unlike other condos in Panama City Beach. This building has only 161 units, over 320 feet of fine sandy beach frontage and are not located next to other high-rise condos. Being on the West side of PCB means our beach frontage is less crowded and traffic is not as congested as other parts of the city.

Ocean Reef resort has one of the largest balconies in Panama City Beach. It also features Gulf front pool deck sporting an 80 foot pool and a large hot tub. There is also an indoor pool (seasonally heated), a sauna, steam room, and BBQ Grills by the pool. The gulf front fitness center is well-equipped with cardio equipment overlooking the pool and beach. You will feel safe night or day as this resort has security who patrol the building/parking garage/pool area around the clock. All amenities are only available for use by Ocean Reef guests.

The location of this condo couldn’t be in a better place! It’s on the West side of the city which means it’s not as crowded and more quiet than other areas. Runaway Island is a great lunch or dinner spot and is just about a 5 minute walk from the beach or the sidewalk. Hidden Lagoon Mini-Golf and a go-cart track is just across the street. You are a short 10-minute drive away from the newly built Pier Park where you will find a unique shopping area, restaurants such as Margaritaville, Southern Theater’s Grand Theater which contains 61 movie screens, beautiful walking paths and home to many festivals and summer concerts. Ocean Reef is also within a few miles of golf courses, a marine park (Gulf World), a water park (Shipwreck Island), Fun Land, Wal-Mart, Target, and more!
